Booking Confirmation and Payment

The booking is considered confirmed as soon as one of the following payment methods has been completed:

  • 50% deposit by bank transfer
  • 50% deposit by online payment
  • Taking out travel cancellation insurance with „Europäische Reiseversicherung“

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 40 days before arrival: deposit refunded, minus a 20€ processing fee
  • Between 39 and 15 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount
  • Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount
  • Less than 7 days before arrival, no-show, late arrival, or early departure: cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Tourist Tax

For private room rentals with a 4-sun rating, the tourist tax in our municipality is currently €2.60 per person per night (age 14 and up).

Cleaning

Daily cleaning (excluding the kitchen) and final cleaning are included in the price.

Additional Services

  • Pets: possible on request, max. 1 dog per apartment, €30 per day
  • WiFi: free high-speed WiFi throughout the house
  • Parking: 1 garage space included free of charge
  • Breakfast, when the Ostaria Posta is open: €20 per person, children up to 12: €15
  • Half board with breakfast and dinner, when the Ostaria Posta is open: €50 per person, children up to 12: €35
  • „First days’ provisions“, when the Ostaria Posta is closed (spring/autumn): bread, butter, homemade jam, 4 free-range eggs, house olive oil, 2l organic apple juice, 1l organic milk, Pasta Monograno Felicetti, tomato sauce, 6 homemade dumplings and 4 apples – for 2 people: €50
